Changing Your Stay
Please note that a change to the number of nights or the number of guests may result in a rate change.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival by 4:00 p.m. local hotel time to avoid penalty. Please note: some rates are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
No deposit is required at the time of booking, unless booking a pre-paid rate or discount. Pre-paid or non-refundable rates require full payment at the time of booking.
An incidental authorization of $30 per night will be placed on your card at check-in. This is not a charge and will be released upon check-out, provided no additional charges are incurred during your stay.
Resort Fee: An 8% resort fee applies to each reservation. This fee includes [Wi‑Fi, parking, pool access, fitness center, shuttle service, etc.].
100% smoke-free hotel, smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms or indoor areas. A $250 fee will be charged for any violations.
Free on-site self parking
Pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms. A daily fee of $25 applies per pet. Guests traveling with pets are required to review and sign the pet policy at check-in.
Service animals are always welcome without fee or documentation and may accompany their owner throughout the hotel. Please note: emotional support animals are not considered service animals, and the standard pet fee will apply.

Early check-in is available beginning at 1:00 p.m. for a $25 fee, subject to availability. Late check-out is available until 12:00 p.m. for $10 or until 1:00 p.m. for $20, subject to availability.
Early check-in and late check-out may be reserved in advance through our online booking engine or the Enhance Your Stay page on our website. You may also contact the Front Desk team for assistance adding either option to your reservation.

Ramkota Pierre offers several dining options at Riparian Pub & Cafe. Hotel guests enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast buffet each morning. A weekday lunch buffet is available to guests and the public from 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. for $14.99 per person, featuring a fresh salad bar and rotating entrées.
The full dinner menu is available daily from 5:00–10:00 p.m. Guests may dine in the bar, order takeout, or enjoy room service delivered to their room.
