Call us at (605) 224-6877. ## Hotel Policies ## Modification & Cancellation Policy **Changing Your Stay** Please note that a change to the number of nights or the number of guests may result in a rate change. **Cancellation Policy** Reservation must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival by 4:00 p.m. local hotel time to avoid penalty. Please note: some rates are non-cancelable and non-refundable. ## Deposit Policy No deposit is required at the time of booking, unless booking a pre-paid rate or discount. Pre-paid or non-refundable rates require full payment at the time of booking. ## Additional Charges & Fees An incidental authorization of $30 per night will be placed on your card at check-in. This is not a charge and will be released upon check-out, provided no additional charges are incurred during your stay. **Resort Fee:** An 8% resort fee applies to each reservation. This fee includes \[Wi‑Fi, parking, pool access, fitness center, shuttle service, etc.\]. ## Smoking Policy 100% smoke-free hotel, smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms or indoor areas.
